RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

We want your shopping experience with us to be user friendly and fair! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make you satisfied. If the product was damaged in shipment to you:

*Please call us at (888) 437-3646, or more preferably drop us an email at mail@SeniorSSuperStoreS.com, and tell us about the problem. We will instruct you how to return the merchandise to us.

*The package you will receive from us will contain a Packing Slip. (Or, if your order is shipped to you by others within our supply chain and does not include our Packing Slip, we will email our Packing Slip for your order.) That document is critical because it contains full instructions about how to make a return and our poliices about returning merchandise in re-sale conditon. Please use our address on the Packing Slip to send the merchandise back to us.

*We will bear the return-shipping cost if you follow these instructions.

*We will promptly replace your merchandise at no further cost or obligation to you!

If you do not want your purchase for any other reason - you must bear the return shipping costs:

*Please describe your problems and concerns on the shipping Packing Slip enclosed in your package and return that Packing Slip and merchandise to:

* Please use the return label, which is part of your shipping Packing Slip.

* Please return the merchandise within 15 days, unworn (other than to try on for fit), and in the original packaging - in original re-sale condition in order to receive a full refund. Otherwise, we pro-rate the refund to as much as 50% of the original price if the merchandise is not in re-stockable condition..

* However, we make exceptions to our 15 day rule for holiday shopping. If you make your purchase between November 15 and December 23 for someone else and you wish to return it for refund or exchange, you have until January 10 to do so and not have to comply with our 15 day rule.

*Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for pantyhose or incontinence products.

*We will promptly either exchange your purchase for another item or refund your purchase price for that item - based on your wishes.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

 We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

 Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
